BuildingLink Canada is part of the BuildingLink group of New York which was a first to market solution in 1999. BuildingLink’s founders set out with the notion that “there must be better way to manage high rise communities”.

Over the past two decades the BuildingLink platform has grown exponentially, offering dozens of solutions capable of managing everything from small town house communities to the largest most complex high-rise properties in the world. In 2017 we introduced “Aware by BuildingLink IoT Sensor Solutions” to not only manage properties but monitor them as well. Today, the combination of BuildingLink solutions, Aware sensors and the dozens of integration options makes BuildingLink a best in class solution provider. With offices and partners throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia and U.K. we are well positioned to service our growing customer base of over 6,000 communities located in 28 countries!

OUR STORY

BuildingLink Canada was established in 2012 by Toronto based entrepreneur Nicholas Gill and BuildingLink LLC founders Jerry and Zach Kestenbaum. Having pioneered one of the first cloud based residential property management solutions in Canada Gill was an ideal partner for BuildingLink as they looked to build on their success in the U.S. market. The combination of Gill’s local market expertise and BuildingLink’s proven platform has been a recipe for success since inception.
