INTEGRATION OPTIONS FOR ACCOUNTING
Rent Manager syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. During the sync, any updates to resident information (move-ins/move-outs, contact information and account balances) in Rent Manager will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff would no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board.
Yardi
Yardi syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. Any updates to resident info in Yardi will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff would no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board. Maintenance integration: Work orders created in BuildingLink would sync into Yardi in real time.
Hopem
Hopem syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. During the sync, any updates to resident information (move-ins/move-outs, contact information, and account balances) in Hopem will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff will no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board.
FSRConnect
Connect syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours to update resident move-in/move-out information. Additionally, certain settings enable a reverse sync option for contact information. With this, contact information changes made by the residents in BuildingLink will be pushed back into Connect. The integration allows unit owners to view their account information (balance + transaction history) on the BuildingLink resident site. The Connect document library can also be framed within BuildingLink. NOTE: These settings are optional and can be easily configured to the properties preferences.
AMSI
AMSI syncs with BuildingLink daily, ensuring that your resident information always stays current without having to update BL manual. Unit owners are also able to view their AMSI account information (balance and transaction history) on the BuildingLink resident site.
Jenark
Jenark syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours, typically overnight . After the sync takes place, unit owners would be able to view their Jenark account balance and transaction history on the BuildingLink resident site. NOTE: Jenark does charge an integration fee.
Caliber
Caliber syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. During the sync, Caliber updates resident move-in and move-out information as well as account balances and transaction history. This allows owners to view their updated Caliber account information in BuildingLink.
TOPS
With this integration, you can sync your TOPS account information into BuildingLink, allowing unit owners to view their account balance and transaction history on the resident site.
Remote Landlord
Remote Landlord syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. During the sync, any updates to resident information in Remote Landlord will appear in BuildingLink the next day. You will no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, easing the data management required by the property’s staff.
Vantaca
Vantaca syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours, typically overnight. After the sync takes place, unit owners will be able to view their Vantaca account balance and transaction history on the BuildingLink resident site.
RealPage OneSite
OneSite syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. During the sync, any updates to resident information (move-ins/move-outs, contact information and account balances) in OneSite will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff would no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board.
CINC
CINC syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours, typically overnight . After the sync takes place, unit owners would be able to view their CINC account balance and transaction history on the BuildingLink resident site.
Entrata
Entrata syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. Any updates to resident info in Entrata will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff would no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board.
MDS
MDS syncs with BuildingLink every 24 hours. Any updates to resident information in MDS will appear in BuildingLink the next day. Staff would no longer need to add or remove residents on both platforms manually, simplifying resident management across the board. Please note: 4MDS does charge an integration fee.

With this integration, you can sync your Condo Manager account information into BuildingLink, allowing unit owners to view their account balance and transaction history on the resident site.
